Committed to Patient Satisfaction

The staff at Michiana Behavioral Health is committed to delivering an excellent experience and high-quality care for patients and families. We’ve successfully provided clinical treatment programs that result in positive outcomes year over year. Our child & adolescent programs reported a significant positive change in symptoms and behaviors in 2019 (54% change from admission to discharge), while our adult patients had a reduction in depression and anxiety symptoms, and an increase in daily living skills upon discharge.

To ensure that we’re listening to feedback from those who enter our doors, we ask patients to answer the following survey questions upon discharge. These surveys provide Michiana Behavioral Health with important feedback regarding our services. The survey asks patients to agree/disagree with statements related to the care they received on a 1 – 5 scale, with 1 = strongly disagree and 5 = strongly agree. Here’s how patients rated us in the second quarter of 2020:
