Receiving Treatment & Care
Michiana provides no-cost, level-of-care assessment and referral services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you or a loved one is struggling with mental health or substance abuse issues, call our Assessment and Referral Department at 800-795-6252 (toll-free) or 574-936-3784 for a no-cost, confidential assessment. You can make an appointment for an assessment, or walk-ins are always welcome.
