Adult Intensive Outpatient Program

Located in Plymouth, Indiana, Michiana Behavioral Health’s Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provides mental health services for adults seeking high-level care without daytime commitment.

Adult IOP Details

Throughout your time in the adult IOP, sessions will be offered from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. In-person and virtual group sessions are offered to provide a therapeutic space to process mental health challenges.

Incorporating Emotions Anonymous concepts with Dialectical Behavior Therapy Skills, we offer:

  • Group therapy
  • Aftercare planning
  • Psychosocial assessments
  • Conflict management
