Michiana Behavioral Health is now offering intensive outpatient programming (IOP) for children and adolescents from ages 12 to 17. The 15-session virtual program follows the Marsha Linehan’s four skill modules (Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Interpersonal Effectiveness, and Emotional Regulation) as its base, giving patients skills to deal with distress, increase interpersonal effectiveness, regulate emotions and live a life in recovery.

Sessions are held Monday – Wednesday – Thursday from 4:30-7:30 pm EST time. Your first session will be in person and the remainder of session will be completed virtual.
