Community Education & More

Michiana Behavioral Health is committed to providing our community with the latest information and updates in mental health. We regularly hold events and talks about mental health topics that are important to our programs and the field of mental health at large. Unless otherwise noted, all events run from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at our Plymouth, Indiana campus. Lunch will be served, and there is no charge for events. Seating is limited, so please call 574-936-3784 to reserve your spot. For those attending for credit, each event is 3 CEUs.

Community Events

LaShawn put together a group of volunteers to help with the Habitat for Humanity house build for her Service Excellence Level 6 project. This project and Michiana staff volunteers has made a huge community impact, and with that being said Michiana was recognized and awarded with the “Large Business of the Year for 2022” from the Plymouth Chamber of Commerce.

Michiana Behavioral Health donated back to Rock’in Healthy who is doing “Shake It Forward”, by providing healthy shakes to our front line healthcare workers in our Plymouth Community.

Ongoing support for The REES continues with recent gifts from staff members of MICHIANA BEHAVIORAL HEALTH – “Jean Day Fund”. Bonnie Ulrich from BOONEE’S PRIMITIVES – “Give Back Days”. Students, staff and patrons from last weekend’s performance by the PHS FINE ARTS DEPARTMENT – “Bob Pickell Performing Arts Stage”. Thank you for joining the effort to revive the historic REES!
