We are pleased to announce that Scott A. Hullinger has joined Michiana Behavioral Health as Chief Executive Officer. Scott is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality, holding graduate degrees in Social Work from the University of Kentucky and Health Services Administration from the University of Evansville.
With over 40 years of experience in the behavioral health field, Scott’s career began as a psychiatric technician. He has since served in leadership roles at various organizations. He was also selected by the National Association of Social Workers for international training and work in China, Russia and Brazil.
Scott is dedicated to delivering the highest standards of care for our community. Residing in Plymouth, Indiana, he enjoys spending quality time with his family and dogs, and he enjoys playing classical piano outside of work.
Nicole Ingram joined Michiana Behavioral Health in October 2021 as the Controller with over 7 years of experience in the Public Accounting field. In September of 2023 she was promoted to Chief Financial Officer for Michiana Behavioral Health and our sister hospital Midwest Center for Youth & Family. Originally from Valparaiso Indiana, Nicole is a graduate from Ball State University with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a Minor in Financial Planning. In her spare time, Nicole enjoys spending time with her family and baking.
Dr. Raster has been practicing Psychiatry in the Michiana area for 20+ years. After graduating from The University of Notre Dame in 1988, followed up with a medical degree at Wayne State University in Detroit in 1992 and completed his Psychiatry Residency at Northwestern in 1996. He earned certification as a diplomat of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology
Dr. Raster practiced Psychiatry in Chicago Illinois at ADD-Edgewater Clinic and Far Northwest Counseling Center as a Staff Psychiatrist from 1994-1996 before moving to the South Bend Indiana area where he continues his journey and passion for Psychiatry.
Dr. Raster began his career as Medical Director at Michiana Behavioral Health in March 2010. Dr. Raster loves the interesting work he does at Michiana Behavioral Heath, and the nice staff he gets to interact with on a daily basis. “They make my job a lot easier,” he says, “because in my position, I’m working daily doing what I love, but the staff is why I walk through the doors with a smile on my face.”
Dr. Patta began his career as Medical Director at Michiana Behavioral Health in March 2010. He received his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery Degrees from Sri Venkateswara University (SVU) in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh, India. He later received his Master of Medical Sciences at the University of Leeds in the United Kingdom, and performed his residency in Psychiatry at the University of Chicago Hospitals. He is board certified in general psychiatry and psychosomatic medicine, and his work has appeared in various publications, including the British Journal of Psychiatry and Psychiatric Times. It is rewarding for Dr. Patta to, “collaborate with my professional and dedicated colleagues at Michiana Behavioral Health.”
