Michiana Behavioral Health is now offering intensive outpatient programming (IOP) for children and adolescents from ages 13 to 17. The 15-session program is held virtual or in-person and follows Marsha Linehan’s four skill modules (Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Interpersonal Effectiveness and Emotional Regulation) as its base, giving patients the skills to deal with distress, increase interpersonal effectiveness, regulate emotions and live a life in recovery.

Sessions are offered from 4 pm to 7 pm on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday or 5 days per week from 9 am to 12 pm. Your first session will be in-person and the remainder of session may be completed virtually or in-person.
